Payment is expected at time of service. If you have insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan. For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer several payment options:
We are an "insurance friendly" office, and we realize the important part your dental coverage plays in helping you receive the care you need. We have been dealing with dental insurance for 25 years, we know how it works, and we are your best friend in making sure you can maximize your benefits. PLEASE read the following comments: Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time of services. Insurance company fee schedules, treatment approvals, and/or reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care, and your insurance DOES NOT cover everything. NOBODY'S does (except the State Police and some of the judges), no matter what you may have been told. The treatment recommendations that Dr. Bayley makes to you are NOT based on whether or not your insurance covers it, but on what YOU NEED for your good health. Your insurance company has NO CONCERN for your dental welfare, but LOTS of concern for their bottom line; hence, they do the best job they can to dilute and delay the distribution of the benefit dollars for their profit. We know best how to work with them to obtain your maximum benefits. We can file most insurance
claims for you. Please bring your insurance plan information with you on your
first visit. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum
benefits to which you are entitled. If you have any questions
about your insurance plan or payment options, please call Our staff

Contrary to popular belief and to common practice in some offices, we do not have a different (fraudulent) fee schedule for patients without insurance. All fees are the same for all patients, and are based on the care, skill, time, and judgment that is required to provide you with quality, conscientious treatment at a price that is fair to the doctor and staff. Our fees fall in a range that is average or less for this area, and it is very important to us that you know what your expenses will be in advance, as much as is possible. Several options are available for making payments if the expected fees make it necessary. Again, if you have any questions about your insurance plan or payment options, please call Our staff at (610) 430-CARE or e-mail us at info@welcomedental.com.
