Dr.
Bayley was raised in Aldan, Delaware County, PA, and graduated from Lansdowne-Aldan
High School in 1967. He went to college at the University of Delaware, graduating
in 1972 with a major in biology. In 1976, he earned his Doctor's degree from
the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Bayley was an
officer in the United States Navy Dental Corps from 1976-1978, serving with
the United States Marines, attached to the Second Marine Division at Camp
Lejeune, North Carolina. Twenty-five years ago, Dr. Bayley came to West Chester
and began practicing at Chester County Medical Center, moving to the present
location in 1998. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania
Dental Association, and the Dental Society of Chester County and Delaware
County.
